(July 12, 2018, 7:04 pm)Our delivery professionals were outstanding. This was a second trip. Due to the size, the first delivery attempt was a failure. Nef & Caleb painstakingly reconnected ALL, (w/ about what seem to be about 100 screws), the pieces that were previously dismantled before delivery; ( at about 9 this morning). They arrived within the window at about 11:30a.m. and was done at about 5p.m. They also had 4 more deliveries once they left us. Since the first attempt failed, we were thinking that we would have to pick something else out. However, the customer service was willing to try again at NO cost to us. We appreciate everyone's effort from the day we stepped into your store. Thank you very much Steve in the customer service dept. Thank you very much Aaron for making our shopping experience delightful. We both enjoyed our conversation with you. We truly appreciate the passion you have. May you and your coworkers have several successes in the future. I also would like to thank the the other delivery professional who accompanied Nef on the first delivery attempt, I forgot his name....???????????????????????????? also my apologies i advance for any mispelled names....
