  We visited my neighborhood Costco store the very first time. This store has been opened for a few years now. I become an executive member with promotion they had offered me. Good thing about Costco membership is that it is a risk free membership.
  We have been Sam's Club members for many years, but never had Costco membership till now. I hope to stay Costco member for many years to come.
  
  Feedback for this particular location.
  5 - location, access and parking space. Holidays and weekends get a bit crowded.
  5 - Items selection, organization, varieties. Lots of services and daily need merchandise.
  4 - Prices are a bit at high, but good quality.
  4 - Organization, space inside store and around exit. It gets crowded near checkouts, return desk and exit.
  4 - Staff is very helpful, but limited.

  Efficiently set up and managed w/shelves always fully stocked. Rarely any long lines. Avoid the gas pumps during lunch hours as you're typically in for an extended wait, but usually the best price point you will find in the area for gas.
  
  Customer service is extremely accommodating when dealing with any account issues or previous purchases. Prefer this location over most others in the Chicago area.

  Your typical Costco experience. Friendly staff, clean environment, hoards of people on the weekend shoving past one another to get tasty sample morsels. Good prices, great snack bar, and long check-out lines depending on when you go. Suit up and make sure your blood sugar isn't low, or you may just end up fighting with your spouse.

  Love going to Costco and free little samples. It is always fun shopping there. The prices are awesome. People are kind and friendly.
