I explained the situation to Karl and he was at our house working on the door within minutes! We needed a new door knob so Karl drove to his office to get one, came back and fixed it all in less than 15 minutes, and at a very good price!! He also put on a new latch and fixed our deadbolt hole as the door wasn't previously locking all the way. Karl went way above and beyond for us, after hours to boot! “Had Korean fried chicken ordered through GrubHub, and you know that feeling of how expensive food delivery can be coupled with the rising food prices. Much of the appeal I got from trying this place out how "perfect" the food looks, followed by the perfect bite, and the a feeling of wishing for more. It's a very high bar. My expectations were not quite met here, but the following statement could not be more grounded, "Sir/Madam, this is no more than a fast food place". While I was able to get past my unfamiliarity with high prices for food, this is what I would recommend for first timers (since I felt like I got burned a bit). When getting fried chicken, their boneless variant is a dollar cheaper. Get the flavor you think you're most familiar with. My favorite so far is the Honey Garlic. There's an option for the original and secret spicy chicken, but the original seems subpar. You probably could mix (like Frank's red hot or Cholula) with the original, but I'd rather grab a different flavor altogether. I also had their Rose Tteokbokki which is a a heavy, sweet & spicy cheesy sauce featuring rice cake, fish cake, cabbage, and a sliced hard-boiled egg. Their spice level is on-point, which is to say that you'll need some water to quench the spice down. If you've had Buldak sauce, which is the sauce in any Samyang Challenge noodle package, you'll know what I mean. Definitely not as spicy as them, though. In watching the people who can down this, (in addition to the other add-ons in their mukbang) I salute to you. An order of this will feel like a double serving. Unexpectedly, the chicken was also still around, so perhaps the price to portion ratio isn't that appalling. It's decent. Just make sure to drive over instead of getting food delivery, as those prices can easily drive themselves up.”
