I appreciate them getting the job done quickly and going over everything with me. John was very helpful and wasn't pushy. I also appreciate discounts on services needed. I was worried about continuing to come here with the new business but I will continue coming here for my oil changes.

When I first got there, there was an oil truck blocking the entrance to the building. Instead of making me wait until the truck was done and gone, they guided me into the shop thru what would have been the exit and then stood by my car door as I exited the car to make sure I did not slip or fall. Everyone there seemed very knowledgeable about cars and all were friendly. There were no high pressure pitches to get something done that may not have been needed at the time. They explained what they were doing and the time it would take.
Once the service was complete, they went over the bill, explained the top off policy and thanked me for bringing my car to them. Overall great experience, nice and knowledgeable staff that made me feel comfortable and valued.
