As a matter of fact, a service that I thought I needed was explain as to why I did not need -- that lends to trust. I was pleasantly surprise to find that a Service Rep (Pat) that I had worked with for years and knows the vehicle was part of the company.
It's a place the I would recommend. Ask for Pat! -

They will go out of their way to explain what they are doing, the upfront cost and the approximate time it will take to complete the service. I often need a ride to and from the shop when my car isn't working and they have no problem picking me up and dropping me off. I highly recommend Gages Lake Auto for all automotive repairs.
