From the very start the people I have worked with have been very prompt to respond to me. The person that came to measure for the glass enclosure was a really nice guy and provided some very helpful insight that needed to be addressed in order for the glass to be installed correctly. He caught an error that my tile guy made that could've compromised the integrity of the glass wall saving me from issues in the future. My salesperson has been a pleasure to work with while remaining refreshingly honest & professional throughout the entire process. Lastly, the price quote I was given was incredibly fair! I have nothing but great things to say about the company and their people overall.
