(September 3, 2018, 10:45 pm)Absolutely loved to have met Alonzo and enjoyed every day of my jump start program. The classes are fit for a group and you still get individual attention from the coach. Everyone is very welcoming and makes the time worthwhile. Definitely feels that in the very short workout, your are getting max results from upper to lower body. Recommend to check this out as it's not your average gym. You won't feel alone here.

I chose to start my health fitness journey here with Alonzo's 21 day Jump Start Program. I was so successful with that program that I decided to continue with this journey and it as been the best decision for my health I have ever made. I put my trust in Alonzo's program and I have reached goal after goal. So much success that my doctor told me to keep listening to Alonzo!!! My doctor showed me how my health screenings have went from VERY BAD to EXCELLENT since starting with fit4life by alonzo. This is definetly the place to get fit, to stay fit or get stronger.

I received that and so much more with Alonzo and Fit4life. Not only have I lost 26lbs to date but I have learned great healthy lifestyle habits along the way. Fit4life is unique in the sense that it has a wonderful support system right off the bat. Not just from the trainer Alonzo but also from the entire Fit4life family! They have helped me tremendously in achieving my monthly goals. I highly highly recommend Fit4life by Alonzo!! Best fitness and healthy lifestyle program by far. The women who are part of the group are awesome as well. The environment is inviting and everyone pushes each other to reach success rather its weight loss or to feel good about yourself. If your looking to lose weight, have fun, push yourself and join a great fitness family Alonzo's program is it! You won't be disappointed!
