  Giving this a 5 for the area. It's not Tsukasa or culinary chef 5-Star but it's definitely 5-Star compared to other Chinese Take-out in the area—and this is what makes it our 'go to Chinese take-out'! So glad they moved in and opened in a convenient location.
  
  Tried so far and have ordered a few times and all thumbs-up:
  ✓ Sweet and Sour Chicken
  ✓ General Tso's Chicken
  ✓ Mongolian Beef - with all leeks instead of onions! Not an onion in sight!! This was AMAZEBALLS! I think everyone else is serving it incorrectly!!
  ✓ Fried Rice
  ✓ Pot Stickers
  ✓ Crab Rangoon - lightweight delicate pastry and has more filling than pastry! :)
  ✓ Egg Rolls
  ✓ Spring rolls were a bit pastry-thick for my preference but otherwise edible.
  
  No over frying on any of the items we've tried yet, and nothing tastes like burnt oil, like a few other local places.

  I tried visiting several couple months ago and was shocked to see this restaurant permanently closed. I had been a customer for over a decade since I live nearby so that really sucked. Turns out the entire restaurant was remodeled. Glad to have Best Panda back!

  Definitely a cut above some of the other Chinese take out locations in Gurnee. Not the least expensive, but very good portion sizes and good quality food. We will be back.

  The food is delicious! This place is under a new management and the restaurant looks a lot better than before. Depending on how many customers and orders they are getting, the waiting time for your food is reasonable. If you want to eat some tasty Chinese food, this place is your best option!

  Absolutely delicious food and fast service. Very clean inside. Try the Walnut Shrimp. It's amazing!
