  Tom is a true professional. He is understanding and super helpful. I used his services twice and both times I was amazed by his expert job. I will definitely use his services again.

  I was not intending to repair here just wondering what kind of damage I had caused. However after talking with
  Tom the proprietor and getting his detailed repair estimate I was sold. He was so knowledgeable and genuine. He explained everything to me and told me how long it would take to fix. I called my insurance company and was instructed to take my car elsewhere. When I went to the insurance company's recommend shop the estimate was considerably higher and my car was going to take twice as long to repair. I told my insurance company I was going to Waukegan Gurnee Auto Body. Afterwards I took my car to Tom, gave him my insurance information and he took it from there. My car was ready on time. The work exceeded my expectations as Tom went above and beyond. My car looked brand new! I definitely recommend Waukegan Gurnee Auto Body. They are friendly, honest, and efficient with superb quality. I’m extremely happy!

  I stopped by Waukegan Auto Body to get a quote on putting a duckbill spoiler, that I already owned, on my new car. It was a pricey spoiler, but only came from the manufacturer with two sided tape. Tom wanted to add something that would bond it to the car, so I wouldn’t have to worry about it coming off. They did it while I waited. Fantastic job. Looks great! Very reasonable price. A++

  This is a place that's worth the drive if you're looking for affordable, reliable body work! I brought my Jeep in for paint damage. Unfortunately, the damage was a little deeper than I initially thought.
  
  Obviously, getting paint fixed is not going to be cheap. When I went around gathering estimates. I found on Yelp: Waukegan Gurnee Auto Body. I had noticed on their Yelp reviews were nothing but outstanding and They offered a great, affordable price. The guys are the shop are super friendly and helpful. They are also really laid back. I turned my car over after the weekend. They finished the job very quickly and they even cleaned my car, which was awesome! The paint job looks excellent and smooth (you can't tell anything was ever wrong with it). My experience was nothing but exceptional! I will recommend them to anyone that ever needs car repairs.
