  Wonderful experience on my first visit.Dr. Nasser was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was very helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, x-ray, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose University Foot Associats at Gurnee locatin and would highly recommend to anyone.

  My Mom really liked the foot DR. that worked on her feet and ankles.He was very knowledgeable and told her what was giving her so much problem walking and what to do about it so she can walk without so much pain in the near future. He took xrays of both feet so that he knew what was giving her so much pain..She said that she will only coming back to this doctor for now on! At 95, my Mom has a hard time finding any doctor that she really likes and he was the one that made her smile once again..Thanks for the great visit and we'll be back!

  I have been seeing Dr. Nasser for about 2 years now and I could not be happier.
  
  I would highly recommend his office for any foot problems you may have.
  
  Not only is he terrific his staff is even better.

  The entire staff is very friendly and professional and the woman at the front desk knows my name by sight since my second visit, a very subtle and welcoming gesture that makes me almost feel like a VIP. Dr. Nasser is clearly very busy and the visits go by very quickly, but he always takes the time to answer any questions (as does the rest of the staff) and I have never felt rushed in any way. The single issue I have had (and only had once) was waiting over half an hour in the waiting area watching Bob Ross for an appointment for which I was on time. This was an aberration as most other visits I hadn't even had time to check my email before being called. However, this is a significant pet peeve of mine and felt it should be mentioned. Overall and otherwise though, I'm not sure how I could be more pleased with my experience there, would highly recommend!

  Dr. Nasser was very kind and immediately made me feel comfortable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and did not make me feel rushed at all. He has a great bedside manner and was very thorough with his exam. If you are looking for a podiatrist look no further!
