Wonderful people to deal with, from receptionists all the up to the docs and everyone in between.
Excellent staff and veterinarians. The doctors are very caring, and extremely thorough. Most times, you can get same appointments for urgent situations. After visits, you'll often get a follow up call.
Awesome staff. Took my cat here once because he was severely constipated I had just recently taken him to the emergency room a month or so prior for the same reason. The ER vet charged almost $700 for enema, fluids and to be kept over night. On top of that they said they wanted to run tests at the low low price of an additional $300. I took my cat here to Grand animal. Hey got an enema, fluids and got to go home same day. As well as tips on how to prevent it. They charged only $98. These people actually care about animals.
