    This place was a really interesting experience. Transitional diner food that was pretty tasty!
    What I appreciated most was the Christmas decor, country apparel and just cute clothes in general and all of this awesome stuff I didn't expect to see!

    Definitely looking forward to going back (to shop)

    Love this place! The staff was so helpful and kind. Our waitress was polite and thorough. Everything ordered came out correctly, cooked consistently the same quality. Always a favorite when we are traveling. The Maine blueberry syrup on my pancakes is a favorite!

    Regular customer. When we are near Gurnee....

    Had veggie plate which was delicious except for the green beans. they tasted like canned beans...No southern flavor.just beans. Ugh... mac an cheese was yummy and fried okra was great . ...sweet tea was perfect. nice older woman was server.... she did a fantastic job....Really on point.love this place but too far away from us to go very often...Would go often if one was nearer to suburbs of northern Chicago
    Update:We got Thanksgiving to go this year. Good experience.Ordered a few days ahead .Go in and pay after telling them our name up front. After you pay go outside to back of building and ring bell. They get your food and bring it right out. Easy ....this is ONLY for Thanksgiving because the store is crazy inside. great job guys ...food was delicious
