(May 26, 2017, 4:21 pm)I just want to say that I have dealt with many companies and installers through the years... and this was by far the BEST experience... EVER!!! I was overwhelmed with all the things I needed to do in order to get our house ready to live in... but after a few questions, John and Robert showed me the best selections in my price range... helped me narrow the field and ultimately helped me choose a great carpet for the many many yards I had to buy. Today and yesterday their installers put the carpeting in and I LOVE IT!! The installers were so professional and caring... you can see the pride they have in their work. They answered any and all questions and even brought up points I hadn't thought about. They went over and beyond my expectations. Everything was in (and work began) on time, at the stated price, and better than I dreamed possible! Thank YOU American Floor Show!!! I am more than happy with my first big purchase now that we have moved to Illinois. I'll be back!!! :)

(June 26, 2016, 11:44 am)A BIG THANK YOU to Iskalis American Floor Show in Gurnee. They have done a ton of work in our house in Wauconda. This June (2016) they re-carpeted the whole up stairs and main floor and put in new vinyl in the master bathroom.
In 2015 they re-carpeted the basement, tiled the kitchen and put new tile in the kids bathroom.
AND in 2004 they put beautiful red cherry hardwood floors in the dinning/living room and office. Great people to work with. -

(March 24, 2014, 3:43 pm)Showroom has examples of every type of flooring needed. They also have great in-stock selections. Salesmen were helpful and the installers were quick and clean. Would definitely go back!
