  I just bought my wedding rings. After over a month of searching and comparing prices i was extremley pleased with the deal and service i got at kay's. I was so cought up in the deal that i missed the womens name that helped but shes the young brunette. Originally i was going to spend almost 7k for my wife to be and my ring. Thank God i walked into kay's! I walked away with both rings for way less and got 0% financing for a year. Im estatic! They say a kiss begins with kay but i believe smiles are made at kay's. At least i left with huge one. The first thing i did was face time my mother and sister inlaw to show them the rings and they are jelouse!lol.. I couldnt be happier.

  OUTSTANDING, SUPERIOR, and PROFESSIONAL customer service! Barb and Jim went above and beyond to assist my wife and I. We were in for service and cleaning on our jewelry; in general conversation, my wife referenced that she experienced an issue with a jewelry company whose customer service failed to attempt to research their obligation for a lifetime warranty. My wife had in possession of the purchase receipt from 2006. Long story short, Barb made a phone call to the company (which will later fall under Kays), got results and gave us a clear explanation concerning the warranty. We even got the jewelry repaired by Jim. THANKS!

  I have to say, Jim and Niki was fantastic!!!! I’m in sales and I can learn a lot of things from them. I would definitely recommend this store and the staff. Within min Jim has greeted me with a smile and the smile never went away. Niki was kind enough to give her examples with a friendly suggtions and made my purchase simple and easy.
  Asking Tons of questions to them and they have explained it to me so I could understand and make me feel very comfortable with my purchase.
  Not pushy at all, and not looking for a quick sale. I was literally stopping by and seeing what’s out there and they have sold me on a beautiful Dimind engagement ring that I will be proposing in October !!!!!!
