Andy - the Facility Manager got back to my wife yesterday & today telling her she'll get the credit back of a month rent since we took out all our stuff in the storage eventhough it's been a couple days now he still credit it back to our bank account. Thank so much Andy!!! And to John who is also very nice to us got back to my wife he called her bck fter the holiday. If we need to use another storage we are definitely gonna come back rent again to Hway 41, Outstanding Customer Service/Good Ethics/Professional People, Good 👍 Having business w u!!!🏆🏆🏆Rey & Emy

(November 10, 2021, 12:26 pm)I have been a renter for almost eight years John is always treated me so well now that Andy is taking over as manager I was worried if I would get the same service but have been pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail and of course they're low prices.
