  I think they are great! We had so many weeds in our lawn it was all weed and slowly over time we now have a great lawn! We pay before the season starts and they come out- so simple! About a 1/4 of the price of other companies and they do a great job! I have always found the customer service to be good!

  I have definitely noticed a change in the mosquitoes by our house. We have had a really nice summer without those bugs. I had a thing happening at my house on a weekend and the mosquitoes were starting up again as it was time for another spray and they were coming the following Monday. I called and they went out of their way to spray on Friday instead and we had not one mosquito bugging people over the weekend. That is good customer service.

  I have been using Naturescape for the last few years and I always prepay my account so I can save money with the discount.
  
  I have been very happy with their service and customer service is excellent. They always let you know what they apply on the lawn and are very prompt with their services.
