(July 28, 2018, 2:52 pm)Service with a smile all the time. Very helpful at counter. A little out of the way for me but because of customer service it makes it worth going. FedEx could learn from UPS...because of larger packaging area. Counter staff seem too busy to help at FedEx. That's my reason for staying with UPS.

(July 21, 2018, 8:25 am)Had to drop off a return package. My box wasn't taped and was looking to buy packaging tape there to tape it up. The worker there quickly said don't worry about it, taped and scanned my bar code. I was out within 2-3 mins. I'm so use to being in line for 20+ minutes at the US post office.
This place is great!
