“Staff/MAs were very nice. Sandra was also nice. Dr. Kaplan is highly credentialed and surely a quality doctor. I had one gripe about my visit: took my early toddler in for allergy testing, who had to sit w/ 20+ allergy "pokes" on his shirtless back for ~20 minutes. As expected, he was crying and upset afterward. Dr. Kaplan was in the room with us and we were having trouble talking over my crying son who was obviously uncomfortable after reacting to some of the samples. Dr. Kaplan asked in a seemingly annoyed tone, "What's the matter, did we miss a nap today or something?" I'm sure he meant no ill will, probably was having a long day...it just seemed like an odd thing to say in the situation. Other than that, my visit was as expected.”
