The people that work there are 100% profesional experts in what they do. They work with the customer needs and issues from A to Z, until you are completely satisfied. I recommend this dealer as number one for the first time boat buyers.

(August 24, 2018, 1:57 am)I ended up not buying from Pete at Munson's but I felt compelled to post this review. I've only posted once or twice before in my life. I went to 4-5 dealers over the course of a couple months looking for a pontoon boat. It was my first boat purchase, but I had spent my whole life around boats. Pete was the one and only salesman who I thought was being straight with me. I wish I could've bought through Pete but I will look to him in the future.

My experience with Munson was so outstanding that I felt the need to give them the positive review that they deserve. I hope I am doing this right. I worked with a salesman named Peter. I expected someone to be like a pushy car salesman, but it was quite the opposite. Peter had to leave town to be with his daughter, so he gave me his cell phone number. He actually texted with me from out of town day and night while he was off work to answer anything I asked! His attention to me was like nothing I have experienced before. When it came to the purchase, that was just as easy. Peter was a no haggle kind of guy. He got me a great deal, and was so pleasant to work with. After I purchased my boat, one of the owners introduced themselves to me and welcomed me to the family. Matt Munson showed a genuine interest in wanting to make sure that I was satisfied with his company. He asked what they could do better, and I said nothing. Matt A++ to you and your company. Thanks for making my boat purchase such an easy and enjoyable experience!
