(October 10, 2017, 9:45 pm)Joe served as my closing attorney for two home sales and one home purchase. Joe is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. During one of the home sales, the initial buyer fell through. With Joe's guidance and advice, we were able to get the home back on the market with little time lost. Additionally, after I purchased my home, we had an incident in which the buyer did not fix gas leaks, as negotiated. Joe was quick to contact the seller's attorney and had the leaks fixed ASAP. As Joe is a very experienced and dedicated attorney, I highly recommend him.
