You're honestly not going to find a better gym experience (in my opinion)
I've been coming in the mornings & I love the fact that I don't have to fight for equipment.
Oh, & the fact that they're open 24/7 too!
I have been going to Lifetime Fitness for YEARS & while I do miss the indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, steam room, basketball & atmosphere in general...I don't miss the weight gym at all & prefer working out here. -

(January 17, 2019, 1:04 pm)This gym is amazing. Great staff, great equipment. It has absolutely everything you need. I love that you’re greeted every time you walk in the door and when you leave. As a bodybuilder I need all of the necessary equipment and space and this gym has it! It is also one of the cleanest, well-kept gyms I’ve ever been in.

(December 27, 2018, 12:10 am)Been with Renegade for about a year and a half, I must say its the best gym I have been to. Its located off of Rt 12 which makes it easy for most people to get to. The staff is excellent and always helpful. Its smaller in size so you get less of the stereotypical people that larger clubs tend to attract but still manages to have all the equipment you would need for most fitness regimes. The equipment is always clean and to top it all off its open 24/7.

(December 25, 2018, 9:25 am)Best gym I’ve ever belonged too. Off the charts cleanliness and an amazing staff of friendly, helpful people. Ever piece of equipment is well maintained and they are always adding new stuff. Highly recommend!!
