  Great experience! Reasonable and convenient with the 24/7 access. Depending on what you are storing, it is worth it to have the access. very nice staff! Monthly billing was easy.

  We store our motorhome at Apple Storage. The facility is really clean and secure. Michael and his staff are fantastic.

  I recently rented a storage unit with Apple storage. Let me tell you how quick and easy it was! I went online on Saturday morning booked a unit, which I got a discount for booking online. Within the hour I drove to Apple Storage to unload my things and Mike had me ready to go! He was very kind, and personable. He went through all the paperwork and explained everything. He had someone actually take me over to the location of my unit as well. There was also another gentleman who was in the office and he made sure that we were both very well taken care of. I felt like my business was very important to them and they treated me so nicely that it actually made my day! Thanks for a great experience during a tough time!

  If I still lived in Wauconda, I would use Apple for all of my storage needs!!! I just moved to Florida, and got a storage unit to hold some of our things while we were selling our house. Mike was very friendly when I rented the unit. There was an issue with an internet deal not going through, and it was promptly fixed. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the rates are great. After we sold our house, we turned moved our possessions back before our move, and turned in our key, and that was it. No further charges.
  
  When we had sold our house and were scheduled to move, our movers did not show up before the closing, and we were scrambling to get our things someplace quickly. We got another storage unit here, and Mike was once again very friendly and easy to deal with. We rented the unit for a month, not having any luck getting a hold of our movers. When they finally showed up later on the day we were closing, we got our stuff out of the unit, and were given a discount for only using the unit for a few hours, because we were return customers and they understood our situation. I highly recommend Apple as both a storage facility and small business in general. They were friendly and helpful during a very stressful experience.

  I was very happy with my experience with Apple Self-Storage. While it started out a little rocky with trouble making a reservation on the website, once I called the office they took care of the issue, and I was in the best hands possible. The young man there was quick to assist, professional and just so much fun to work with getting our unit set up, and even offered us free help moving our stuff into our unit! What more can you ask for then one stop shopping? VERY SATISFIED!!
