  The people managing the location were very friendly and helpful. My questions were answered easily, and the space was clean when I toured the facility. Onsite elevators were of moderate size, but you might struggle to fit a couch or large bed in them. Overall, very pleased with their setup and their services.

  Great customer service. Setting up access to a unit was easy. The place is clean and indoor (climate controlled).

  I don’t know Jeff’s position-the man who attended. He was very professional and helped me out in a tough situation. Made me feel welcome and gave me different options in size units. If I ever think I need another unit he is definitely the go-to guy!

  We came in today to see if we could get a bigger unit then the one we already had because we needed a lot more storage ! Kelly Franck was incredibly helpful in assisting us into a transfer to a larger unit! My husband called the day before and talked to Jeff who made the reservation in their systems to assure us we could get a larger unit . Kelly then took us the rest of the way and even walked us to our new larger unit to make sure If was perfect for us ! Can’t say enough about the amazing customer service this extra space storage in Wauconda has given us. They are in a class above the rest . Thank you so much !

  This facility is super clean and accessible. Plenty of usable ceiling height in your unit as well. As good as it gets! Trust me, as the owner of a Moving company in Wauconda, I’ve seen plenty of storage facilities. This one is the best of the best. And if you’re paying for movers, it’s accessibility saves you money due to its convenient set up. Just some thoughts from a professional in the moving industry.
