  This facility has been very helpful for me. My father is here they have taken decent care of him, especially with me living in Chicago I'm not available to come that often and its only me. So I pretty much depend on them as much as my father does. The only problem I have is that my father's clothes are always gone and all his hangers. I don't know if I come on laundry day or what? Also, sometimes it does smell pretty bad, but I always bring my air freshener and I put them in my fathers room. Now I'm beginning to notice that his room's floor and bathroom is not as clean as it was in the beginning. My plans are to report it to housekeeping staff management.

  We currently have a loved one residing at the GlenLake facility. The staff is professional and caring... Tending to our Loved Ones medical needs and our concerns...
  
  The Director of Guest Relations loves helping others and is always courteous and kind making sure our visit with Our Loved One is a pleasant experience... Thank you...

  As a former resident of this nursing facility, I would say it is top notch. The facility is clean and the entire staff is supportive, kind and caring. Gigi Pagan is an excellent customer service provider and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived until the time I left. I would recommend this facility to friends and family members who are in the need of care in a loving environment. Also, hats off to Dr. John Kapoor. He is a wonderful, top tier Doctor. This facility is superb.
