They are the broker not the INSURANCE company, so due to your ignorance you are posting the wrong comment on the wrong COMPANY, you had an issue with the INSURANCE company not TALRO, TALRO is the BROKER they find you the best RATES for the INSURANCE COMPANY, then they PLACE YOU with that COMPANY. The only thing TALRO does is issue the policies & take PAYMENTS, TALRO does not HANDLE the CLAIMS process, that's the INSURANCE COMPANY, people fail to REALIZE when DEALING with a BROKER, YOU HAVE THE BROKER, THE AGENTS, THE CLAIMS & THE UNDERWRITING DEPARTMENT, so to ANYONE of you that don't understand insurance PLEASE READ THIS OVER AND OVER, TALRO IS NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY, they ARE THE BROKER --- IF YOU AN ISSUE WITH CLAIMS YOU CONTACT THE INSURANCE COMPANY NOT THE BROKE. CLAIMS is HANDLES by the INSURANCE COMPANY and not the BROKER which is TALRO!
