  I went to see Dr. Ryan today at Straight Up Spine & Posture, let me briefly mention I never get help for anything but I knew I wasn't going to be able to shake this. After looking up many doctors, I chose Dr. Ryan based on his reviews and now I completely understand what they are talking about! He is incredibly smart and will help you fully understand just what the issue is and how he plans to help. He is caring and attentive, he really cares and it is obvious.
  After just one adjustment today, I can finally breathe again! On road to recovery- Thanks Dr. Ryan , you are awesome!

  Dr. Ryan has an amazing practice that will help you get results even when other forms of treatment haven't worked. His office is unique and comprehensive. He truly cares about his patients' well-being and giving each person the attention they deserve.

  I saw Dr. Ryan Winslow for neck pain. I highly recommend him. He used multiple techniques for my issue. Manual adjustments, decompression, and muscle stimulation. I had visited his clinic five times over a 3-4 week period, I have had wonderful relief from my neck issue. 5 stars for his service! If needed I will return to Dr. Ryan in the future.

  Nothing but praise to Dr. Ryan. Had seen another Chiro, had PT and a spinal injection. All with no relief. After a few sessions, my back started to feel better. Had decompression and adjustments. In the middle of my treatment, I had a tour of NYC scheduled. Wasn't sure I would be able to do much. But my back felt great. one day my step count was 8 miles and another day it was 7 miles. So thankful for this. Dr. Ryan is professional and office hours are very accommodating. Liked the fact that he didn't need my 35 allowed visits to help my pain. He gives exercises to do at home, so it's really up to you to continue that to get your back stronger and limber. Would highly recommend him

  I have all the confidence in the world in Dr. Ryan. He is knowledgeable and patient. He explains everything he is doing. I had back surgery ten years ago and it didn’t keep me out of pain very long. Now after six weeks I’m already feeling stronger, better and hopeful.
  I think he is fantastic!
