Employees are the best at Friendly the faster accurate
It was fine. We showed up at 7:30, there was a short line, the security guard made sure everyone knew what was going on in English and Spanish. Everyone working there was friendly and everyone waiting was patient and polite. If you have your act together and everything ready you'll be fine. Maybe some of the other reviewers were having a bad day. It's smaller than the Libertyville office was, so it's a little slower, but we were out with a learners permit in a couple hours. Nobody wants to be there, just be patient and polite and you'll get what you need.
