I've been here many times for routine maintenance as well as specific issue repairs without issue. Tom is honest and will only repair what needs it. This morning I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Watching the care and detail Tom takes with this "routine" process is well worth it. Do you want to risk the minumum wage employee at the dealer or the quick lube place with your car or trust in someone that has been doing this for years? It's an easy decision for me.
