  I go to her for mental meditation and overall anxiety. Nashonna is amazing. She will tell it like it is in a healthy and positive way. If you need help with your self, family or anything within her practice she can help. I am thankful to have met and work with her. Blessings on blessings. ❣️💞

  I would definitely recommend Calming Solutions to anyone faced with personal and or court issues. Mrs. Turner has been very professional and informative as to the proper steps to take and she continues to assist me in achieving my goal.

  Calming solutions has been my miracle . Is very patient when coming to realizations of your issues and/or problem solving . Also really good on giving constructive criticisms/feedback . The truth will set you free and teach you so much about yourself and how you may be dealing or coping with things . I’m blessed to have Shonna in my life , she keeps me accountable and reminded of my goals. I see a lot improvements within myself since started and her counseling has really been helpful during my pregnancy and preparing me for my next steps .
