  Dr. Downes comes highly recommend by my wife. The office staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Downes is very knowledgeable, takes time to explain and answer all my questions. My appointment was for 15 minutes only but she took time to patiently answer all my question and spent over 45 minutes with my consultation. Only complaint is that the building elevator is real slow and I recommend taking stairs if you can.

  Dr. Downes is the A team and does an excellent and thorough job while still managing to be a charming conversationalist. Her prices are higher than those of an aesthetician for cosmetic procedures but the results are infinitely better. Everyone in the office is professional and kind, the wait time is minimal and the office is spotless. I would never consider switching after experiencing this level of care. Would give her ten stars if that were an option.

  Dr. Downes has seen all 3 generations of my family this year. She is personable, professional and prompt. We have had a variety of reasons to see her and every one was remedied. I highly recommend her and her staff.

  Dr. Downes is a smart physician and one I have sent meant happy friends to. She personalizes her service and does it based on scientific data and personal insight. Plus she is a delightful person. Happy with both her medical and cosmetic treatments. I will stay with her for a long time!!

  I have gone to Dr. Downes for years and have always been pleased with her services. She is very competent and has helped me decide on cosmetic procedures to help my aging skin. I have have a family history of skin cancer and she does a very thorough full body exam. She always takes the time to explain things clearly and answer any questions.
