“I am training here for 2 years, and i will keep coming because of the quality of training i get here. Their strongest advantage are the people who train there, they are professional, they know how to do it, and they like what they do. Coaches are constantly improving in order to get more to us, the students. They constantly bring professionals in martial arts for seminars, so we can get something else from them too. The only missing thing yet in my opinion is the lack of showers, but they overweight this with their professionalism and level of training. Also i like that you pay a flat monthly fee and you can come and get as many lessons as you want, there are classes for boxing, BJJ, Kali, weapons defense, KO bag, strength and conditioning, so there are lots of them, and you can go to as many as you want for that flat fee.Its a real hands on experience. If you want the skills of self defense than this is the place to for it.”

Michele is thorough, checks through my information before my appointments, and is on top of any new developments. Michele is also fantastic about ordering tests and following through on them. Dr. Green has saved me more than once. I am medically complex and trying to still work full time. Dr. Green answers my emails and researches what I have. She has been my saving grace as new diagnoses get stacked onto the pile. She takes time to listen and truly understand and calls my other doctors if she needs clarification or wants a team approach. Unfortunately for Dr. Green, she's stuck with me!”
