  I prefer to do business with real people in real stores whenever possible. I have found that real people in real stores generally stand behind what they are selling, especially if it is a small family business. Kramer's is not a chain store-- most of the folks who work there are Kramers. You will not be dealing with some slick kid salesman who could just as well be selling rugs, appliances, cars, or furniture. You will be talking to a Kramer who will be honest and straight, and give you a fair price. They stand behind what they sell, which is not always true in the RV industry. They are good people, sometimes hard to get in touch with, but good people who will treat you fair.

  Friendly and reasonably priced, fair and honest people. Well worth the extra few miles to do business with Kramer.

  We were impressed with the clean, large building and assortment of trailers! We bought a Lance travel trailer from Malcolm and he is a low key, nice to work with guy who gave us a good price.

  Great people who have been talking care of our trailer repairs and services since it is not under factory warranty anymore. No complaints here.
