“Abra wanted quoted me me about 3 times as much for my broken rear window as any other used glass replacement in town. They also recommended "id auto" in Gurnee for an electrical issue. "Id auto" was great, for 30 minutes of my time. They only charged me $20. It was a minor electrical issue. My electrical is was a fuse. I had checked my fuses but I still missed what exactly was wrong. Id auto was very busy, but because it was raining and my power windows and wipers didn't work. Id auto bumped me up the list and got me out on the road.”

“I my mothers car 2 Napa had a burnt-out tail light not only do the gentleman help me find the light bulb but he actually came out and helped me install it I've never been want to hang on yes I've been at Napa prior to this but this gentleman did not know me from Adam and still proceeded to help me install that light bulb which at the time may seem trivial to some people but my mother was devastated at 89 years old anything that goes wrong is a problem and they dwell on it. Kudos to Napa in Antioch at that age”

The tech Sam, Jake, Shane was all working as a team and made sure there was no corrosion on the rim and the Hub where the studs are. “David Nguyen, partner and principal mechanic, is my personal hero. He takes great care of my family's car repair needs, promptly and with smiles and hugs. He is HONEST, fast, and as hardworking as the day is long. I'm not sure I even want to recommend him, I want to keep him all to myself. His prices are 20-50% less than everywhere else, and I TRUST him. He's reviewed every used car purchase we've made in the last two years, and no lemons yet! He even hustled on a Sunday to fix our condenser when the A/C went out on our 10 year old Suburban before a long road trip. In short, we love him. If you're mean, just don't go there. If you're kind, and need a great repair fast and cheap, bring him food. He loves that. He does repairs major and minor. He only has two bays, so call ahead and schedule if you can. That's fair, right? One look at him, one hearing of his accented english, you'll know what I mean. He's family to us now.”
