And when it came to cavities it was a nightmare. I did research and learn this office has advanced equipment - pain free. As well I found out they treat kids with special needs, so I decided to give a try. This was the best decision ever. Dr. Cannon is wonderful and the staff. Finally my son is stress free. As someone who works in the dental field, I closely observed them as my daughters attend the pediatric side for their dental care. I saw what amazing care they provided my daughters and decided to go with them for my orthodontic treatment. Dr Bock has great chair side manner! They are absolutely amazing and very efficient. Every time I go, they get me in and out. I had a few brackets pop off and they took care of me every time without complaints. Everyone there is so friendly. Rosanna is an amazing assistant and always took great care of me! I also had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Shiloh a few times and he was just as awesome. “The cleaning was diligent as usual grrrrr and Jen is caring and compassionate, a great hygienist . And the post exam was smooth. Dr. Wood is personable, and gentle. I'm glad that I didn't have to test his education and experience at this time, but we know that eventually we have a mishap that will test his practice, and when that time comes I feel confident in him handling my mouth in his hands. Also the gals in the office are personable and great conversationalists that help round off the whole experience. Worth a trip to just check out their new coffee bar and cute homey furnishings.
