“Max has helped us with several plumbing issues. He's quick and very honest. He was able to save me thousands because he was honest and not trying to up sell. I had several companies come out to look at my water heater and they all tried to sell me a new one. He came out and replaced the gas valve for a fraction of the price. He's also fixed our sump pump and was again way below market. He's quick to respond and always willing to work around your schedule! It's refreshing to have someone you can trust for an honest opinion and I can finally say "I got a guy" when it comes to a plumber! I would recommend him hands down!!”

I was in the store for a few hours because it is quite large and lots of great items. I put a pair of boots and a vest on hold and went to Dover to see what they had. My experience over there was not as pleasant! I was very happy to return to saddlers row and make my purchase of my boots. They gained me as an equestrian customer forever! I will also point out that this was my first visit in their store and at Dover and will always return to Saddlers Row hands down just because of how well they treated me!”
