“Spray tech installed my ladder rack and Retrax Bed cover. After the install the bed cover didn't work properly. After trying to make adjustments they got it to work much better but was still very tight. The owner didn't accept that it may loosen up over time instead he ordered me a new bed cover and installed it today. Bed cover functions great now. Process was a bit frustrating but you can only do so much when there is an issue with the product they are shipped. Great customer service and Great install!”
