“I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in dealing with this retail location. At Thanksgiving time (Black Friday) my sister and I took our mom to update her phone and Daniel helped us and was extremely knowledgeable. He offered up other deals and sales but never pushed anything on us. Because this location is newer and not near the mall we felt like we had plenty of one on one time with our associate and did not feel rushed. At that time he also helped to put me on a family plan with them. My experience was so great that I decided to wait until I was back near this location (as I live in Atlanta) to update my own phone. Daniel was once again very helpful in getting me updated. I had trouble with my backup (which was not their fault) and returned to the store the next day to see if they could help me retrieve all of my information and a woman associate (I can't remember her name) took the time to back up my old phone and then update my new phone so that I didn't lose any of my information. All in all this is a great store where you don't have to wait around and take a number to get great service. Five Stars all the way for me.”
