“The company that i work for had a customer that needed emergency service today and unfortunately we were so overbooked that we were not able to service our customer. She had water overflowing out of her basement toilet and flooding her house! I referred them to Drain 911 Plumbing and Sewer. Our customer lived in Long Grove and These guys were right next door. Lets just say that my customer was so happy with them that she called me to tell me just how good they were. She was 85 years old and was not prepared for this type of emergency. It is rare this type of thing happens, however in reflection i am glad they were able to help. In the future i will continue to refer Drain 911 and hope they can make all of customers this happy! “Max has helped us with several plumbing issues. He's quick and very honest. He was able to save me thousands because he was honest and not trying to up sell. I had several companies come out to look at my water heater and they all tried to sell me a new one. He came out and replaced the gas valve for a fraction of the price. He's also fixed our sump pump and was again way below market. He's quick to respond and always willing to work around your schedule! It's refreshing to have someone you can trust for an honest opinion and I can finally say "I got a guy" when it comes to a plumber! I would recommend him hands down!!”
