The residents we have met are also very friendly and can't say enough about their experiences while living at Victory Lakes independent living. The facility is beautiful and well kept as well. “Lots of land for dogs to roam, bathrooms for the humans, and plenty of trash cans. Nice sand bottom stream as well. Well worth the permit fee. Some owners do need to pick up after their dogs a bit better but the LCFPD does it's best to keep it clean.”

“Dr. Payant is thorough, conscientious and honest. I have used him as my dentist for over 35 years! I will not change dentists until he retires. I have fillings that have lasted 30+ years and have given me no problems. He also does not suggest unnecessary work. If you need a dentist, I have no hesitation recommending him. He's also personable--a genuine & authentic human being. His staff is excellent as well. I actually look forward to visiting their office!”

“Recently had a hernia surgery completed here and I absolutely loved the staff there and my male RN had the biggest impact. His name if I recall was Aaron C. He was the first nurse I saw and was super funny and made the experience way better and calmed me, and more, my wife while doing paperwork and the basic stuff. His humor was fantastic and It really made my time there worth while. I was told they share reviews with the ER so their reviews collectively arnt the best and I wanted to make it a point to fill this out because they were outstanding! He really was a pleasure to work with and the surgery was made every clear to me by everyone and I was in and out of there, surgery and all, within 2.5 hours. I really hope more people take the time to read their reviews and share their experiences because it’s a shame they all get linked together and they suffer as a result. Overall very caring staff and everything went as smooth and clear as expected and I really hope they continue to grow and receive great reviews they truly deserve it!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in dealing with this retail location. At Thanksgiving time (Black Friday) my sister and I took our mom to update her phone and Daniel helped us and was extremely knowledgeable. He offered up other deals and sales but never pushed anything on us. Because this location is newer and not near the mall we felt like we had plenty of one on one time with our associate and did not feel rushed. At that time he also helped to put me on a family plan with them. My experience was so great that I decided to wait until I was back near this location (as I live in Atlanta) to update my own phone. Daniel was once again very helpful in getting me updated. I had trouble with my backup (which was not their fault) and returned to the store the next day to see if they could help me retrieve all of my information and a woman associate (I can't remember her name) took the time to back up my old phone and then update my new phone so that I didn't lose any of my information. All in all this is a great store where you don't have to wait around and take a number to get great service. Five Stars all the way for me.”

“Nice 2.5 mile loop (actually 2 interconnected loops) walking path. Crushed gravel with woods and prairie views. Some rolling terrain and bridges. About 50% is shaded. Bring bug spray as the mosquitoes are relentless. They have an outhouse-style bathroom and picnic tables by the parking lot.”
