“Purchased a Xerox 700i Digital Color Press from Green World. They delivered and set up the machine as promised and within a few hours I was experiencing a problem with the machine. After speaking with them they talked me through what they thought was the problem and I went back to work. Shortly thereafter, the problem returned and they sent a tech down to fix it. Shortly after he left the problem returned. A day or so later (after analyzing the problem in their shop) they sent another tech and he was able to replace whatever needed replaced and I have run many 1,000's of images without the problem returning. What could have been a horror story had a happy ending because the folks at Green World stood behind their product and made it right. I have been in business for over 30 years and one thing I have learned is that things are going to go wrong. It is what happens after they go wrong that matters and Green World stayed with the problem until it was solved. I would recommend them to anyone requiring their products or services.”
