“I felt so lucky to walk into Just Bee Yoga! It is a city-like boutique yoga studio in Long Grove right by Buffalo Grove and Lake Zurich! It is absolutely ADORABLE, and I never expected to find this in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. The owner, Kris, is also amazing! She is pretty much always there, and you can tell how passionate she is about yoga. I definitely trust her with teaching me proper yoga poses! I also love all of the classes the studio offers. These classes include hot yoga, yoga flow classes, and even yin yoga classes! There is something for everyone here. I DEFINITELY recommend Just Bee!”

“The front desk is welcoming and professional. I saw Sarah at the office. She listened to why I was there, conducted an exam, explaining everything that she was doing and why. Finally, I had a procedure done and it was over before I knew it. She explained every step so that I was completely aware of what she was doing. When everything was done, I was told what to do, she even wrote it down as a reminder and gave me a prescription. As someone with self proclaimed "white coat anxiety", I felt very comfortable at this office from start to finish. I hope I only go back for check ups, but if I ever need this kind of medical care, this is the place I will call.”
