Phill and Tyler did an amazing job switching out the old one and replacing it with the new one. They had an uphill battle as I live on the top floor of a no elevator building and the water heater is in the attic. I don't know how they were able to get it up there with out any trouble, I was very impressed. They left everything clean and picked up when they left and the hot water started working within the hour! Phill and Tyler are very professional and easy to have in your home.
