  I've been in pain for 2 years after a work place injury and was recently reinjured by a car accident. I didn't even realize how tight I had become until visiting Athletico.
  I've had 3 visits at Athletico and am beyond impressed and thankful for the incredibly kind staff, their knowledge, and effective results! After being in pain for so long it is an incredible relief to have found Athletico and the stellar staff there!
  I highly recommend them to anyone looking for relief!

  Athletico in Ottawa was the best fit for me after my shoulder surgery. Sara did a great job scheduling my appointments so I didn’t have to miss a lot of work. Becky and the staff designed a personal program for me to get me back to my active lifestyle at a much quicker timeframe then I thought possible. My doctor released me early from therapy due to the excellent care that I received. I would highly recommend Athletico and would definitely return. Although I’m hoping I won’t need more surgeries anytime soon!

  This facility is filled with expertise, compassion and
  genuine care and concern for their patients. Can't say enough about everyone there. Made my recovery from surgery much easier than expected.
  
  Today was my last day of Therapy here at Athletico. All I can say is God Bless the young women that give their all to their patients. To Kristen and Ellie, I will always be eternally grateful for your patience and kindness. To Sara, Thank you for your smiling face and help to get me on schedule. Becky, Ashley and Calley, you are a gift to your profession and a ray of hope for all who visit your facility.

  They treat and care for you like you’re family.
  From the first contact with Sara, who is so kind and caring, you know you’ve made the right choice.
  Everyone, whether they are directly treating you or not, care about you. Kristen is always so sweet and inquires how are you, and helps out with me, if needed. Becky is the absolute best, I could go on and on, but just know you’re in great hands. Keep up the good work Ottawa, you’re an asset to our community!

  I am an active 45 year old who went to Athletico in Ottawa, IL, for physical therapy after I had a hip replacement in April, 2019. They created a program designed to meet my specific needs on where I wanted & needed to get back to as a yoga teacher. They challenged me, & I finished my therapy very strong and ready to get back to my active lifestyle. I can’t say enough about all of the staff there! Super friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!!
