  Very good service. My stove wasn't working properly, we just stopped to look at stoves. Instead of trying to sell us something, the owner asked what problems we're having? He then explained some possible causes, this is where he did and said something I've never had happen. He explained how to check it to see if it was able to be fixed. My husband did check it, it was not. But this was so out of ordinary, we went back and got the new gas range from them. They went out of thier way to help, not common these days. Honesty in business is hard to come by and greatly appreciated.

  I always receive fast and courteous service at our local Sears Homestore. I recommend the Ottawa location for a good shopping experience!
