  Would have been a 5. But two things made this a 4. Length of time. Was promised a certain time and it took twice as long. The other issue is my tire went flat due to almost an hour to get help and drove my truck from the side of the building on the flat to the bay. I offered to put my spare on and they said no need and guaranteed me that they would air it up prior to moving.

  Lovely experience! Manager was super friendly and even though they lost power, he still managed to get me and my car back on the road. Would most definitely recommend!
