“I fell at my house at about 12:20 pm and did a face plant on a sidewalk. Two teeth were chipped and one pushed back out of alignment. I was on the phone with the office in a few minutes and they said to come in at 2:00 PM. Since I live an hour away that was just the right time for me to be able to get there. I have some oral surgery that will have to be done because of the damage but I am very happy about how quickly I was able to be seen and get the ball rolling. The staff and Dr. Kravanya were all very kind and helpful! I really appreciate the service!”

“There are only two barbers that cut my hair during my time in Gillespie from '65 to '94: Harry and Stan. Harry was first, and Stan wasn't around then. Harry had his shop on Macoupin St. right next to the pool hall. Now, that entire building is gone. I don't know what happened to Harry (retirement, going out of business, death), but I guess sometime in the early '80s or late '70s I started going to Stan, who had recently opened his barber shop where it still is now. Stan always did a fine job of cutting my hair. And being a young fellow chasing girls and always trying to look cool, I was pretty picky about my hair.”
