(February 2, 2021, 3:36 pm)This is a MUST STOP destination if you want to see how a lock and dam work on the Mississippi River. CALL AHEAD to make sure the museum is open and they are giving tours of the lock and dam. If you go there anyways, (still advised) ...you will find HEATED BATHROOMS THAT ARE OPEN....even when EVERY RESTAURANT IN TOWN WONT LET YOU USE THEIR RESTROOMS.
