Unless you are a Dr or a Dr's office with a pre-approved contact you aren't going to get any "medical records". HIPAA laws dictate that unless you are an approved contact they can't even confirm that a patient was or wasn't there. 2 - Rating a business one star because you are a bad driver is pretty weak.
