It is always Pleasant. When going to SIHF HEALTHCARE. All the staff are polite and courteous. I enjoyed my visit with Dr Susan Reynolds. She really help to explain what's going on and to relax your mind and make you feel at ease. She always listens to what you have to say and we'll answer any question you have. It's just Pleasant all the way around.

I have been going to SIHF for almost three years now. I have seen both Dr Reynolds and Maria Cuartas,PA. From my very first visit, to my most current, they have made me feel like family. They take the time to listen, ask questions, and explain. Going the extra step is nothing for the doctors and their staff! I'm always greeted cheerfully and never have a long wait.
I absolutely love the doctors and their staff! They care, they are sincere, and they are keepers in my opinion.

The provider was most genuine. She listened to all my issues and provided me with information needed and scheduled me for my annuals. She also advised me of what I need to stay healthy. Dr. Reynolds was great, and I would refer her.

I love Dr Reynolds she gets straight to the problem. She doesn't judge she really cares about her patient s. She has helped me many times thank you so much Dr Reynolds. If you need a great Dr you better hurry .

Dr.Reynolds is such a great Doctor.She not only puts you at ease with all your health concerns but she makes you feel like she truly cares about you.Talking to her is like talking to a good friend. My other Dr.l had for 15 years did not do half of what Dr.Reynolds has done for me in the one year that l have been her patient.l am so grateful for her and feel like l have found my forever Doctor.Thank you Dr.Reynolds for being such a loving and caring woman and doctor. ???
