V & G LLC

My apartment here was my first experience living away from my parents. I lived here with my girlfriend and our two cats. The community is lovely, the location is great (about 5 minutes away from SIUE campus and near town), and management is always willing to help! We’re moving out of state now, but otherwise we would absolutely stay here! The only problem is that online maps don’t help to get to specific buildings, so sometimes deliveries end up in at the wrong buildings. I would recommend Silver Oaks and Silver Oaks II apartments to anyone!

Wonderful place to live. Management is great. Everybody is very nice to live around. Nice place to live with a dog. Would love to live here longer if we were not moving out of state!

My husband and I have been here about 4 months and have an 8 month lease. The apartments are fairly large, excellent storage space, very secure, only place in town with a fitness center, it's great. Yes, it's a little more expensive than everything else around, but with all that you're getting, Silver Oaks II is fairly worth it. The landlords are super nice and usually take care of things quickly. My only complaint is that the kitchen could use a little more storage room and counter space.
